Build mode can’t BUY ANYTHING IM GONNA LOSE IT

I downloaded a mod that messed my whole game up yesterday. I spent hours trying to fix it!! And when I finally did…. I got this evil little bug that won’t go away
my household is in the drake dorms in the university I have revamped it with the bb.enablefreebuild looks so nice…. When I cleaned up that cc from yesterday, it took all the cc beds away.. I go back in to fix it.. but without putting the cheat in the button is already available? Whatever I go in…
why can I buy anything because I have insufficient business funds.. I have house load money but ms girl don’t own a business.. and usually when you do this little cheat it’s unlimited money… I have done everything I DONT UNDERSTANNNDDD
ive done a reset of the game like making a copy and such
i took out the whole mod folder, tray folder
i repaired the game maybe 50 times today
I deleted the localthumbcache and options
like… idk what to do but when I did a fresh game with the copy of the sims 4 done, I was able to build, I put in my saved then it’s back
pls help me …
