There is already a bug report for the third attached image.

As for the first and second images, I remember that there might have been a problem with the desk arrangement.
If you wanted to place a desk under a bunk bed, couldn't you have done that placement without Move Object turned on?
Turning MO off and rearranging it might solve the problem. Similarly for the objects on the desks, it would be a good idea to turn off MO and place them where they can be placed.
Please give it a try.

Hi, no it wasn't placed with move objects on, it's a bunk bed, it just slotted in place... but it has been happening in other save games to, where object on a night stand, or dresser dissappear to. It's always random objects for every house, but the same objects per house, even If I try to place them somewhere else they keep doing itit even happens to plumbing and stuff
