I have Sims4 on PS4 and lately the game has been lagging more, my sims get stuck in the bathroom a lot & I have to just close out & restart. And my most recent problem in build mode when I sell something it doesn’t give the household the money. Help please!!!

It’s for any lot. If I decide to lock a door for guests anywhere in the house they end up stuck in the bathroom. So then I have to go into build mode delete the door & buy a new one
