Build Mode won't load correctly

I am having an issue with build mode where no matter how I attempt to load it up, it simply loads up with nothing displayed at the bottom and the top right bar being unable to be used, meaning i cant open up the game options or go into live mode or anything. the game also refuses to shut down no matter what, meaning i have to literally unplug my computer to get it to stop. ive moved my mods onto my desktop, ive deleted the localthumbcache thing, ive gone into windowed mode, nothing at all seems to be working.

any help? 🙂
