Hi @Murqysouls Just going to have you do the folder refresh and game repair combined, and test in a new save:
- Exit Sims 4 then drag your whole Sims 4 folder from Document > Electronic Arts to your desktop.
- Repair the Game
- Launch Sims 4 and reset your Options.
- Select "New" and see if you can replicate the problem
- Exit, copy your save file to the new folder, and test that

Hi @luthienrising, thank you for the advice! I did exactly as you said and instead of moving my original saves folder, I just copied the actual save files into the new save folder. Did some testing and I have not run into the issue so far. Fingers crossed it doesn't come back. Thanks so much and happy holidays! 🙂

Hey! Unfortunately this is happening to my save now. How would I be able to test this? My household was made with CC so how would I test the save moving the file around? I'm so gutted this is happening. What change actually fixed/reversed the outcome with your save?

How would I do this if my game save was made with CC? (Household members and objects also)

rhiannyn009 Make the new user folder and test a new save. If that works, copy your old saves over and test but don't save. Then copy your CC from the olds Mods folder to the new one.
