Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to access the filters bar, nothing happens
What do you expect to see? The filters catalog showing up, and the items in the build mode catalog showing up

Please describe the patch or change you made: After I deleted Better Build Buy
First, I want to say, whenever I enter build mode nothing shows up. The catalog is completely empty. I thought it might be because I have filters on so naturally, I tried to change my filters. This is where the problem occurred, I can't access my filters bar. It won't let me click it. Whenever I try nothing will happen as if it's stuck.
I do have Better Build Buy but, this problem occurred after I deleted it. I have now installed a newer version of it and it still isn't fixed. TwistedMexi's Better Exceptions hasn't caught anything either. I don't know what is causing this issue can someone please help me.
