What happens when the bug occurs? My build and buy menu and IU is broken. I cannot see any furniture nor can build walls from scratch. I can place the styled rooms and copy furniture from there. It looks like the filter option is also stuck and cannot click on it. Nor can I change my graphics in game options. I tried disabling my mods, but I cannot, because my "game options" are also getting stuck and bugged.
What do you expect to see? My build mode working and my ui working.

Please describe the patch or change you made. It happened around the last update I think.
