Bunk Beds not working when around stereos

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.89.214.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansions, all game packs excluding strangerville and batuu, paranormal, knitting, tiny living, my first pet stuff, laundry day, bowling, luxury party and cool kitchen stuff packs, and no kits.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Place any stereo within 1-3 squares of a bunk bed, turn it on to any channel, have sim try to sleep in the top bunk, and sim will sleep for only 20-30 sim minutes.
What happens when the bug occurs? Sim tries to sleep in top bunk, gets in the bunk bed, only sleeps for 20-30 sim minutes and then gets up.
What do you expect to see? Sim gets into bunk bed and sleeps until energy is full.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
This bug is *very* annoying, and I only found it after roughly 3 hours of trying to figure out what is wrong. I send my sim's kid to go sleep in their bunk bed, and there was a stereo playing kids music not too far away. My sim's kid just gets in the bed, sleeps for so little it does almost nothing to their energy need, and then they get up.
