Businesses bug, no longer owned

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.63.134.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? dine out, get to work, seasons, cats and dogs, city living
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? sims with multiple buisnesses who owns nothing in live mode
What happens when the bug occurs? This has made my current Businesses unplayable with my sim as I cant even sell and restart the lots.
What do you expect to see? My main sim owns some businesses, those being two retail and one a restaurant. but now with my sim it says I don't own any businesses while in play/live mode, however when I look on the map the lots are still there and all correct saying the owner is my sim. clicking play on them loads my main sim, who when i look doesn't own a thing.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Hi all. 

Recently had the June 3rd CTD issue patch come through, all loading fine. But now I'm experiencing issues with what I think might be the packs I own (dine out, get to work, seasons, cats and dogs, city living) My main sim owns some businesses, those being two retail and one a restaurant. but now with my sim it says I don't own any businesses while in play/live mode, however when I look on the map the lots are still there and all correct saying the owner is my sim. clicking play on them loads my main sim, who when i look doesn't own a thing, This has made my current Businesses unplayable with my sim as I cant even sell and restart the lots, so its rather frustrating (I have tried a repair game via steam to no avail, along with removing all cc as a test)
This is added with the in game message "Items Removed" and a lot of my items are missing, however i think that last bit might be unrelated CC issues, not sure. 

Any help with this I would Greatly appreciate guys, Thankyou <3

    @Boomhauerpower Is the lot type still correct on those if you enter in build mode from the map ?

    The message you got is cause you disabled your cc. CC that's no longer present gets replace/removed

    I've checked the lot types and they are showing correct as restaurant and retail

    Hi @Boomhauerpower ,

    I had this issue prior to the latest June patch and Eco Lifestyle. 

    Problem Description:

    I have a Sim who own a bakery and I have not been playing with this Sim for a very long time (over a year)

    Last month, I started to play this Sim's household again and her retail appeared as "None". 

    Worst still, I was not able to re-purchase the retail lot under "Furnished mode". Instead, it was only purchasable under "Unfurnished mode"

    Solution:

    My turn-around method was to upload the bakery into my gallery, demolished the current lot and replace it with the uploaded bakery from gallery.

    Only then, I was able to get my Sim to purchase the bakery again, fully furnished.

    However, this condition will cause your Sim to lose all the business perks along with the employee. Meaning you have to restart the business all over again.

    @Boomhauerpower Have you tried selling the business from the map ?

    There have been similar issues like this since the pack came out. On and off and I'm not sure if mods break stuff.

    @Hamsysincy Do you usually also use mods ?

    Hi @crinrict,

    Yes i use mods and my issue occurred when i had the mods installed.

    However, only one of the retail owner had this issue during that time and I didn't bother to do any troubleshooting since the affected Sim was my least played household.

    @Boomhauerpower I'm still occasionally getting this bug (Feb 2023). I can sell the bugged business from manage worlds: click the bugged lot, click the ellipsis option in the lower right corner, click sell business. But it still really shouldn't be happening in the first place :/ Haven't been able to identify a common cause either.
