buttons glitched and event timer broken?

Okay so I logged onto sims, and my sims recently moved in so the neighborhood welcoming happened, and the event timer is weirdly glitched? The buttons under my sim are also mixed up. The phone button...

Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game.

If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.

So I deleted the localthumbcache.package, but every time I load sims again, it just goes back into the folder.

@jpkarlsen I've already tired removing my mods. Made no difference

  This thread was last active over a year ago and since then there's been updates and patches, etc. What caused the issue for the OP back then may not be the same thing causing it for you a year after. It'd be best to pop open a fresh thread and add some more information about what's happening for you and everything you've tried so far. I'll close this out in the meantime.
