Calender UI Glitch

so for a little while my household calender has been a hot mess and I've updated all of my mods (e.g UI cheats) and nothing has changed it. I've also repaired the game a few times and it has gradually gotten worse after installing HSY.

I have found a solution which works for me.
So considering I do have alot of mods and stuff, I come across the better exceptions mod by twisted mexi.
What the mod does is whenever you go into live mode or into Game, it scans all your mods and pinpoints exactly what mod, where it is and why it impacts your game.
It also lets you know if you have any duplicate mods, any mods that need updating and more.
After downloading it, the calender UI fixed automatically. I'm unsure which mod caused it hence why it would benefit your game just to grab it as it may be multiple mods or a mod I don't have.

Did you delete the localthumbcache.package file after you updated mods and changed your mod loadout? That is a really important step you always have to do.

@khitteh yep i always do when starting up the Sims and removing and adding mods 🙂

With the game paused, try resetting your seasons to another length in game options and then back to where you had it. Say, if you are using 14 day seasons, change it to 7 or 28, then back to 14. That seems to clear up some problems with the calendar.

This did not fix the calendar issue for me. As far as I know none of my mods change the UI aside from BetterBuildBuy by TMexi but I don't think that should affect the calendar? I have repaired my game and deleted the cache like the above comment mentioned.

In my case, the problem was an old mod from MizoreYuki (and earlier by Shushu or somehow I think): Kids can plan social events. After removing it the calender is fine.

Mine keeps having events late at night instead of their scheduled time.
