Callia Maebey Outfits missing leggings

I've noticed for practically all of her outfits, Callia is missing leggings in my game. She's just in her underwear. I think it's a bug. I'm not sure if I just don't have the right packs, or if it's an oversight because the leggings aren't available due to them being Get to Work and only available for Every day. I have Get to Work, so I know it's not that. I assigned her leggings when I could, and then shorts when I couldn't, but other players might not be aware of this issue and wonder why their Callia is in her underwear. So hopefully someone can investigate this issue and see what they can come up with.

As a side note, Callia came without a third trait. She had high maintenance and erratic, but the third trait was listed as part of content I don't own, despite her not having any pack content required. I don't know what the third trait is, so when she came without a third trait, I used cheats to add the outgoing trait.
