@HSeigs Did you switch from the Sims 4 to the Sims 3 camera? The toggle is the camera icon in the upper right corner of your screen. Does holding down right-click and moving the mouse do anything now? What about holding the middle mouse button and moving the mouse?
Please also make sure your mouse works as normal outside Sims 4.
