Can´t travel to hospital.

Hello everyone! 

When i try to travel to the hospital, (both for giving birth and for work) it takes me to the world select screen and the error code 135.59246b.edbbd34c pops up.

I have not edited the hospital lot, this is a new save. 

I don´t have the child birth mod or the control any sim mod. I know that both mods have caused this before. Better exeptions doesn´t find anything. I´ve tried deleting local thumb chache and reparing the game but neither seems to work.

Does anyone know which mod is causing this? Because I´m assuming its a mod issue.
