Can’t buy a Vet clinic

Question

I have the option to buy a vet clinic, but when I click it nothing happens. I don’t have the option to buy one via phone/computer either. I’ve been searching through posts for hours looking for an answer and I have yet to find anything. It seems like I’m the only person who is dealing with this issue. I’ve updated/repaired my game MULTIPLE times. Nothing is fixing it. I’m at a complete loss of what to do and have came to the conclusion that I will never be able to own one.&nbsp;

If you're using the&nbsp; "Required Degree for promotion" mod by Zero then your sim needs a biology degree to unlock the interaction, it's not a bug but I didn't know that when I noticed that issue.

@KaySims96  Are you using mods/cc in your game at all ?Have you tried multiple saves to see if it's related to a certain save or a general issue ?

@KaySims96 Did you try to build a vet clinic on an empty lot and buy that one?

@crinrict&nbsp;it was a cc/mod issue. Now to find which piece out of over 1,000 pieces is actually causing it. 😬
