Can’t do anything…

Updated my game and was super excited cause I’ve heard some cool stuff , opened the sims and was going to create a new game , and as it transitions to the white screen to go to CAS it gets stuck , we have ALL spent so much money and time on sims , ever since y’all (EA) has gotten your hands on the sims it’s been buggy , laggy , crashes , and etc etc. I bought a PC for the sims , like please fix this
