Can’t download certain cats and dogs from the gallery when in CAS

When I’m in cas I can’t download certain cats or dogs from the gallery. Most often it is when the animal is mixed breed. The animal does not appear in cas at all when clicking it to merge households ...

@JojjoMalmros I tested that panda and it works fine in my game.

Did you delete the localthumbcache file after removing your mods/cc ?

    Yes I deleted the localthumbcache file, but I will try and delete all mods and remove it again, thanks for trying!

      Try the following

      • Close the game
      • Rename Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old
      • Start the game. All your content will be gone now as the game created a new folder. All your saves/.. is still in the old folder so not to worry
      • Start a new save game
      • Check if you still have the error
      • Report back with your results for further steps on how to get your stuff back.
