Can’t Have kids

3 days before the update my game has been having an issue where anything related to having a child isn’t popping up. The “try for baby” option is gone, with my WW mod there’s no longer that notification that tells you that your sim could possibly be pregnant, even with MC commander there’s no option to force a pregnancy anymore. I’ve tried taking out all my mods and nothing changed, updated my game and Mac and nothing changed, I even cleared my cache and nothing changed. I don’t know what to do anymore
