Can I make a new mods folder?
SO, I really want to make a new mods folder since something is wrong with mine, I copied and pasted resource.cfg into the new one. Can I just delete the old one and put all the new cc into this one?

In addition to what everyone has said above. Disable mods in game, exit, then rename your mods folder to something memorable like Mods.bak then restart the game, then re-enable mods (and scripts) then exit. Then FINALLY enter and exit the game for a 3rd time it will recreate your mods folder with a fresh Resource.cfg It's rather fiddly but IMO the best way to get a clean Resource.cfg, although once you have that you can always back that up somewhere.
