Can I make a new mod folder? I downloaded the Sims 4 to my new laptop and the mod folder is not there in the sims folder. I have made sure mods are activated on the game itself, and restarted it. I a...

    @queen899 

    You are looking at the game files. 

    You should be looking at the user files as you can see in @JonaO703 screenshot.

@queen899   My apologies!  I should've specified the file path to the folder.  :-(    I'm glad you found it despite my shortcoming.  Happy Simming!
