Can you buy Vampires w/o having to deal with the Vampires?

@EmMac1066 An option is included on the Sims front door that offers "No Trespassing" Options. One of them is to disallow vampires. They won't come to your house and bite your sim or knock on your door with this enabled.

They will still roam the street at night, but just walking by, and also fake vampire sims, but they just walk around.

I believe you still get a call from the main vampire regardless of the no trespassing sign, but you can just ignore it and he doesn't call again.
