Can you buy Vampires w/o having to deal with the Vampires?

Hi I want to buy the Vampire pack b/c I love the build modes as well as the wardrobe, hair, etc. I just don't want to deal with meeting vampires, becoming vampires, having a vampire bite a Sim, etc. I am sorry. I am weird. They scare me. LOL. Plus my religious beliefs pretty much forbid me from dealing with things. So can you buy these packs without having to deal with the gameplay. Is it like Stranger Things type pack where you only find the people who are reacting strangely if you go to Strangeville?  Help a girl from not have nightmares. 

Same with Magic. I love the design elements, but can't engage in the gameplay.

    @EmMac1066  If your Sim (who isn't a vampire) has one of the vampirism cures in their inventory, under mean there's a "slay" interaction. This doesn't kill the vampire! You sim will instead throw the cure into their face and they'll become human! It's a mean interaction, so you wouldn't want to do it to a vampire you like.  Apparently there's also a chance it can fail. I found this on YouTube... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_EioI8Xu-9w
