can you use fertilizer on regular crops?

can you use fertilizer on regular crops? Compared to oversized crops.

Yes you can fertilize regular crops. However it appears that you are talking about the fertilizers specifically for oversized crops which can not be used with regular crops which a simple test would have told you.
