Cannot Change/Modify sim Physique in Game

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? most current (latest patch update)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All but Baatuu and Modern Men's wear.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In game, go to a mirror, dresser or wardrobe and click change sim.
What happens when the bug occurs? Can not modify sim's physique at all.
What do you expect to see? Being able to modify my sims physique in game when using the "Change Sim" option.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Downloaded the latest patch (Nov 2)

Cannot change my sim in game. We used to able to do this - even without mods. Now we cannot do it.
