Cannot get Into Costumer - NPC did not spawn...

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? As an actor I went to work and cannot get into costume
What happens when the bug occurs? I cannot click on the platform to get into costume because the npc is not there

i have some mods but they r so minor and shouldnt be the root cause..
