This happened after the last patch/update. It is continuing to do it and I haven't been able to play. It is frustrating. I deleted my cache, then when that didn't work, I have reinstalled origin and my game and expansion packs as well as my mods and previous save which was on July 12, 2022 and it has not fixed itself. I even started a new game and it won't even show copperdale etc..... I am getting frustrated

You should be moving just ONE save into the newly created Sims 4 folder, as per the instructions in the post I linked. Forget about your Mods for the moment, this is testing your save in a vanilla game.
I have done that. And I even created a whole new game. No greyed out copperdale, and cannot place onto a lot, and cannot play a family/lot. Takes me back to my manage worlds screen
