Cannot Open Game Pack After Purchasing and Installation

Hi! I have purchased, downloaded and installed the game pack, but I can't play it after opening The Sims 4. As the picture shows, I can only click "view" instead of "play". Hope this issue can be fix...

    @Ada1789

    It is installed into your game. Just load up your game or start a new one and you will have access to the RoM content.
