Cannot Place Beds after Most Recent Update

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Attempt to place a bed that is not from the base game on a lot
What happens when the bug occurs? When I try to place a bed on a lot, it either disappears before I've dragged it from BuildBuy or disappears as soon as it's placed. I've tried EA and modded beds with the same result, and every type of bed. The one exception appears to be base game beds.
What do you expect to see? A bed on the lot where I put it
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Please describe the patch or change you made. I installed the October 24, 2024 EA update
It happens too quickly for me to capture a screenshot.
Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save.
If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
