Cannot Promote in Doctor Career

So, my sim is a medical technologist in the doctor career but cannot promote. I have done the promotion tasks and make sure she hits all her tasks in the task bar during her shift but she won’t promote. I have quit the career and started again but it still does the same.

I have stated a new household and sim in a different world and have got to the same point and still won’t promote.

Any ideas?

I have the same trouble so I'll have to give up. When I first got Get to Work, I couldnt get through a later stage but I thought htey fixed all the bugs. Now there's more. Obviously. Sad they don't care about the games we paid for! UGH!
