I have been recently trying to remove a couple of mods that are inappropriate. (Family life mod, Social Interactions plus, expanded relationships, child life, get real, and many more by JellyPaws.)
I have tried deleting the file but it still comes up in game. I am trying everything to remove it. Is there any way to remove it in-game?

@nm7jtzkryzm7 It sounds like OneDrive might be syncing your files and restoring anything you delete. The workaround is to delete both the copy in OneDrive and the one stored on your computer at the same time.

Nevermind... They do not show up in OneDrive.
