cannot report bug

I'm honestly getting really tired of this crashing and then not being able to report game issues. I've gone through multiple times trying to submit a form and it brings me back to the beginning. Clicking on contact us just brings up an article saying how to and where to, yet cannot follow through because it brings back around to this article every single time.

Since the update for Sims 4 for April 2023, my game has been overly broken to the point I cannot even play the game at all. 

  • Sims are not feeding toddlers or infants when clicked on to feed
  • Sims resetting when trying to build skills with objects (i.e. painting)
  • Sims resetting when trying to interact with objects (i.e. showering, quick meal, bed, etc.)

I'm on a windows PC, EA platform.

    @cattwilliamss 

    Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save.
    If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
