Cannot see the text for the new world

As you can see in the pictures there is no text for the new world. I can load onto the new world fine and i can enter the lots but i cannot see the text. And it's more than just a visual thing becaus...

  @sbgiscool and you have all the other texts from the pack. Did you delete the delta folder for GP12 or is it still there ?

    I'm sorry I'm new here and I'm having the same issue with the missing texts. What is the delta folder and GP12? :/
