It's the mod, not the game, that is causing your issue, so delete it and the localthumbcache.package file then reinstall it. The game will automatically generate a new localthumbcache.package file. Make sure you only have one option of the more column mod installed; you can download three, four, five, or six columns. Also, make sure you have the most recent version 1.33.
