Can't age up sim after using MCCommand Center

@rexum55 If you temporarily switch the lifespan back can you age her up? Also, was she a Gallery download?

No, changing the lifespan settings in the command center or the game settings (without mods) doesn't fix it. I also tried cheating her age up, but she still can't blow out candles as an adult. She was not a download. She was born and raised in the save.
