can't change from neither to becoming pregnant

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? Norsk
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.67.45.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Discover university, get together, city living, get to work, seasons, cats and dogs, realm of magicjungle adventure, vampires, tiny living, spooky,
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I dont know
What happens when the bug occurs? I try to switch from neither to becoming pregnant but it wont work
What do you expect to see? that it changes to becoming pregnant
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

    @andapanda321 Have you tested without mods ?

    I'm not exactly sure what you want to do. There seems some lost in translation in this post.

    Are you using try for baby and the SIm doesn't get pregnant ?
