Can't click on my sim or interact with other sims

I had just recently got the game again. I have mods and ccs that are already updated and the game works fine but i cant click on my sim or click on other sims to interact with them. I am not sure how...

@princesshope765 Updated mods can still be broken; mods that didn't have updates available can also be broken. The usual cause of this issue, though, is mods that are missing part of what they need to work - such as a script file, a core/injector mod, or a pie menu. Head to your mod sources to check the installation instructions.
