can't click on sims
whilst playing the sims 4 i can't click on other sims that my sims have romantic relationships with. it lets me until they kiss and then it stops entirely and i can't click on the other sim. no problem with my own sim it's always the other one. it even happens between two of my own sims that have a romantic relationship. sometimes it happens with other sims that are not even in a romantic relationship with mine, just after i do the friendly introduction or whatever.
it says online that it is caused by mods and custom content, and to delete my localthumbcache but i can't find the cache, i think i deleted it already. how do i fix this?
