Can't Connect to Gallery
This has been going on for, I'd say, the past year. First, my gallery had red X's over the images, a few months pass, and suddenly it won't connect to the online gallery but I can still access things...

Can you open your library?
When you try to open the Gallery, do you get the Connect to Gallery prompt?
What system are you running on - PC, Mac, or one of the consoles? If on PC or Mac, are you using mods and CC?

I can open my library, but only in the start menu screen.
Yes, I do get the prompt. It tells me that it's unable to connect to the internet.
I'm on PC and no. I just redownloaded the Sims 4 + my expansions and started it up before putting any of my mods and cc in and it still didn't load up the gallery.
