Cant delete objects bug

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.98.158.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Most of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure
What happens when the bug occurs? Build mode items won't delete
What do you expect to see? Build mode items to delete when I use the delete tool
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
Cannot delete objects all of a sudden? When I go to use the hammer tool nothing happens! Can't make certain edits either e.g. will place a fence, sometimes it works but other times nothing happens.
I cant build anything at all ☹️ pls help.
