Can't destroy tombstone after resurrecting a sim using the wishing well

The title says it all really. I'm frustrated that no 'destroy' option is popping up when I click on the tombstone/urn. Is it just me? Someone PLEASE kindly fix?

P.s. I'm not sure if the same happens with other methods of resurrection.
