Can't enter CAS after 9/18 update

When entering CAS, the game will not load. Attached is the last exception. I do play with mods and have updated all that I know that needed to be updated.

Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save.
If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.

@msneal89 No LE file was attached. Have you tested with no mods? With only the updated mods? Note that more updates are coming out regularly as we're only a few days into this patch. See also the resource here: Broken/Updated Mods & CC
