Can't get to resistance bunker in Sims 4 Batuu

I am trying to get through the resistance outpost security door in the Sims 4 Batuu. I can't get through even though I am a Level 2 Recruit. I cannot slice through the door because I'm in the resista...

      It is also possible to go down a level on console. Click the level down icon.
