Can't Have Grim Reaper's Baby (Life and Death)

I've tried to use the "Try for Baby" interaction with Grim Reaper, and the interaction does work, but, normally I have the option to take a pregnancy test afterward to see if the sim is pregnant. Aft...

I'm finding that too. The same with Nyon Spector (aged to young adult).
