Hi @kkhn92yxjill Are you playing with mod or CC files in your Mods folder? If so, can you drag that folder to your desktop, delete the file called localthumbcache, and go into the game to see if that fixes it? Don't save, though -- exit without saving.

Thank you so much for your advice and help! I do use mods but haven't added any new script mods since before the last update a couple days ago. I'll try this. I'm assing I return the Mods folder to the Sims 4 file once I delete the localthumbcache package file, correct?
