can't open seed packets

My sim can purchase seeds but can't open any of the packets. Doesn't matter if its herbs, vegetables, fruits, garlic, catnip, or magical plants. I play with mods but not sure which ones are broken. T...

    @StripedRainbow 

    Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save.
    If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.

@jpkarlsen This is definitely a mod issue. Just did that and that worked. So, playing with no mods until updates are made.

@StripedRainbow If you have time to do a 50-50 of mods, it might help. There's a chance the creator doesn't know that their mod is broken like this.
