can't pay Bills

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.94.147.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all except for everyday clutter kit, my fits kits, modern menswear kit, moonlight chic kit, and bust the dust kit.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? make a house on strangerville then defeat the mother plant after that go to mail box, computer, and or phone and open the house feature to pay bills. this is for anywhere after i bet the mother.
What happens when the bug occurs? bill info show but paying it is not an option. it was an option before the mother was defeated.
What do you expect to see? when i open mailbox, phone, and or computer i should be able to pay bills after i defeat the mother.

this is with any house and sim that bills cannot be payed. and your stuff still gets repo.
