can't pick traits in create a sim after new update

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.53.115.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansions besides Island Living, all game packs, and all stuff packs besides First Pets.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a certain mod in the game. I am not sure which, now.
What happens when the bug occurs? I cannot pick any traits. Also, create a story mode doesn't allow me to edit a sim. Traits are picked but everything is greyed out including the check mark that allows you to edit the sim you created. When creating a sim normally, when i click the icons to edit traits, the trait thing just zooms in and the box where you select traits is nowhere to be seen.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the trait box thing and the create a story thing to actually work

Please describe the patch or change you made. The patch changed create a sim and the appearance of the game.
I know it might come from a mod that might mess with traits, but I am not sure.
- @sicksicksickzz Did you test this with no mods installed ? Issues like this are usually do to outdated mods.
