Can't place any lots or rooms. Please help.
I have many lots that I've download from online so my tray has 502 items in it. Every time I try to place a lot on any space, the game will just load the lot that was already there instead of the lot...

Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game to see if you can place a lot or a room from the build menu.
If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
Thank you I will try that method. I'll report back if it doesn't work, hopefully it will though. Does repairing the game work??
I have over 46gb of mods + cc😭isn't there any other way I could solve this?

Sure there is - just figure out -exactly which mod is causing the issue- and simply remove only that mod, then delete localthumbcache.package file.
