Cant Resume Game Infinite loading Screen

Question

Today I was playing sims all morning everything was running smoothly but I need to download so furniture cc so I did, now everytime I try to resume my game their is an infinite loading screen so I removed the new mods—same issue. I tested some of my old mods I am very unsure what’s causing this so I went in again without my mods folder and it worked so I put it back and it would load again. I also tried switching my pc from dx11 to dx9 and it worked but it was horrible quality and I don’t have reshade for dx9 so it would be inconvenient to settle for that. As of now I can actually able to load into the game on dx11 and w my mods but it starts me at the map views and when I pres play/resume playing as my character in tidal towers it’s loads forever. And the annoying thing is that it still plays the jingle that usually signifies the end of loading, I am going crazy I have worked on this save forever and now I can’t load in. PLS HELP MEE

@xXrainbowpeepXx If switching to DX9 worked, you likely have mods/CC that need updating for DX11. You can try a 50-50 test to narrow them down, you can check Broken/Updated Mods &amp; CC and creators' pages to update them, and/or you can batch fix in Sims 4 Studio (remove default replacements first).

The thing is tho that before those mods I downloaded and deleted all my other mods and everything was working fine

Also I am able to load into other households within the save just not the actual main house I want to play in

@xXrainbowpeepXx There are three common causes of this that *aren't* going to show up in a 50-50 or no-mods/CC test:
If you removed cooking mods, put those back or try to delete plates/food in Build/Buy mode.If you have Growing Together and use CC, add Lumpinou's Milestones Fixes mod.If you have a freelance career or gigs mod that doesn't have an available update, remove those mods and then do a Save As within game, then exit and reload the save.
