Can't save Sim when using genetics

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? in create a sim
What happens when the bug occurs? i cannot save a sim after creating them or creating a sim in genetics
What do you expect to see? i cannot save a sim after creating them or creating a sim in genetics it does not allow me to save my game or anything

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I deleted several mods because it was working perfectly fine in create a sim before but once i deleted mods that were bugging my game there was an issue with the ea app. I redownloaded the ea app and launched sims only for me to now not be able to save sims in create a sim. At this point Im going to crash out and delete sims all together.
